Billing Services
We offer extensive knowledge and expertise for your billing needs. We pride ourselves on making sure you get paid for every service you provide. We offer electronic billing capabilities, payment posting, and of course, AR follow up to make sure your claims are being paid in a timely manner. Our percentage based model is designed to make sure you’re getting every penny you deserve because if you don’t get paid, we don’t get paid.
Credentialing Services
We offer a full range of Credentialing Services including initial credentialing, changing practices, address updates, name changes and more. With over 15 years of combined experience in credentialing processes, we have direct contacts with each insurance to ensure a smooth process. We also offer quarterly attestations with CAQH and all of the insurance companies as well as assistance with setting up EFT enrollments.

Benefit Checks
As our billing client, we provide benefit checks for all new patients and anytime their insurance changes and of course at the beginning of each year. We check to make sure you’re in network as well as copays, deductibles, coinsurance and accumulations to date.
Patient Statements
If you prefer to collect your own patient balances, we are perfectly fine with that. Don’t want to worry about the hassle? We are happy to run credit cards on file for open patient balances or send them a monthly statement.
